I feel passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy and birth.

I am a qualified hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing® practitioner and HypnoBirthing Fertility Therapist,
also qualified in in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
I'm registered with the HypnoBirthing Institute and the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

As a HypnoBirthing practitioner I have had the honor of working with many couples, supporting them as they prepare for childbirth. In my previous career as a qualified teacher and counsellor I have worked in adult education and voluntary organisations for many years, both with groups and individuals.

I have a strong belief in the mind body connection and am fully committed to working with you to help you achieve your goals for conception, pregnancy and birth.

Professional Regulation of Hypnotherapy

It is the aim of UKCHO to promote the professional regulation of hypnotherapy within the United Kingdom,
to ensure that Hypnotherapists are safe and competent to practice,
and that they adhere to national standards of ethics and training.
